Physical Realm: Defined
The physical realm is more clearly appreciated as an individual entity. It appears to stand alone. Reliably, it is a testament to our genetics, environment, and our lifestyle choices. This realm is intimately woven into the fabric of the other two realms, despite its apparent self-governing individuality. Given that the physical body is a means of transportation between birth and death, it functions exclusively in the material realm. Consequently, it is also subject to the linear laws of cause and effect. Nonetheless, it remains the ultimate outward manifestation of thoughts and activities. When gratification is experienced from eating too much food, or too much of the wrong types of foods, well-documented consequences occur. Too little or too much sleep, exercise, or water, can generate excessive stresses. The outcome can be tragic and somewhat predictable.
